Estonian President sends message of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation



In a letter to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, Estonian President Arnold Rüütel conveyed on his own behalf and on behalf of the Estonian people deep condolences to the families of the victims of the Irkutsk aircraft disaster.

The message of condolences reads: ''It was with deep sorrow that I learned of the news of the horrible accident involving a passenger plane from Moscow that crashed in Irkutsk, causing the deaths of over one hundred people. I wish you and your people the strength to overcome this terrible tragedy.''
